How our fee works ▾
Transparent tiered coordination fee (applied like tax brackets):
We are an information & visualization tool plus a contractor marketplace — not a contractor. We don't do the physical work, so we charge a low coordination fee, never a contractor-level markup. It covers building your exact shopping list and one-click ordering, and is always shown before checkout. Most of our funding comes from retailer referral commissions paid by the retailer, at no added cost to you. We are not the seller of record for any physical goods — product prices come from third-party retailers and may change; returns and shipping follow each retailer's policy.
